The 186,000 square foot, 500 parking space garage provides a net additional 391 parking spaces around the station. It includes three floors of permit parking (on the first, second and third floors) and two floors of metered parking (on the fourth floor and roof) including spaces on the first and second floors that are accessible to disabled customers. Electric vehicle charging stations are available on the second floor and scooter parking is available on all floors except for the roof. Bicycle racks and storage are located inside the building. The garage also has a storefront retail space along Harlem Avenue.

Solar performed the electrical construction for new Parking Garages B and C at Yankee Stadium as well as the electrical work associated with the Roof Top Park (Parkland) above Parking Garage A in the Bronx, NY. These projects were completed in 2010 for the Hunter Roberts / Prismatic Joint Venture. Solar has since been awarded new projects with both Hunter Roberts and Prismatic.
